  I just wanted to drop a quick note to rave about Chef Amy.  She was absolutely wonderfully.  My 40th birthday party on Saturday night would not have run so smoothly without her.  She is a fantastic asset to your company.  Not only was she courteous, early and wonderfully helpful at all times but also with a warm and friendly smile for everyone.
   
  I wanted to thank everyone who was involved in organising a very smooth and problem free night on Saturday.
