Our staff come with your order. We have a supervisory staff, cheffing staff, and waiter staff to manage any size of function. From basic private functions, through to large scale Weddings and corporate functions.
We recommend one chef staff for every 150 guests, we also recommend one waiter for every 40 guests to assist the chef.
The chef works in the kitchen constantly and prepares the platters, or buffet (menu dependant), the waiters and assistants, work on the "front of house" and serve to your guests, constantly rotating with platters to your guests.
Prices start at $120.00 for a chef for 3 hours ($40.00 per hour), and $120.00 for a waiter/assistant for 3 hours ($35.00 per hour)
